Dragon Beauty Bar Policies

All Eyelash Extension Services for new clients require a $40 deposit upon booking of your appointment. All Hair Extension services require a $150 deposit. The deposit can be made via e-transfer, our technicians will contact you via sms for instructions on how to do so. 

All deposits will be deducted from the final payment on the day of your service. Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide us a 48-hour notice and we will transfer your deposit to secure the new time slot.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. Dragon Beauty Bar operates on a grace period for late arrivals. If you are running late for your appointment, please contact us to inform us of your situation. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your service may need to be shortened to respect the following appointments.

If you are late more than 25 minutes, we will have to cancel your appointment and reschedule you for another day/time. A $25 cancellation fee will be applied. If the lash artist has time/decides to proceed with the appointment after a late start, extra time fee of $15 will be applied to the appointment as the artist will have to sacrifice their break time for the appointment. 

 

Dragon Beauty Bar has a cancellation policy in place. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot. We understand that sometimes things come up and you cannot make it to your appointment. We will be happy to reschedule you for another time if you provide a 24-hour notice.

Full Set Appointment cancellations within the 24-hour window will be subject to a $40 cancellation fee, Fill appointments will be subject to a $25 Cancellation Fee. 2 no shows will result in a full deposit to confirm your appointment. 

Dragon Beauty Bar does not offer refunds for services rendered. We strive to provide the best quality service and results for our clients. If you have any concerns about your service, please speak to a member of our team, and we will do our best to address any issues. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 24-48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute touch up. Any concerns addressed after 48 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the services. 

Lash Refills are only valid within 3 weeks of your last appointment or 3+ weeks with the extra add on option. Any fills 4 weeks or longer, or sets less than 35% lashes remaining will be considered a full set and you will be charged full set pricing.

At Dragon Beauty Bar, we value creating a positive and welcoming environment for all our clients. We have policies in place regarding client behaviour to ensure a respectful and safe space for everyone. Any disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated, and may result in the termination of services.
